In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in Franklin, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and overall well-being in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care based on each client’s needs and care plan
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility (for CNA/HHA roles as applicable)
Offer companionship and support with social engagement
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, families, and team members
Ensure reliable care by maintaining punctuality and consistent attendance
