Live-In Caregiver | Private Senior Residence (Magnolia Estates)

We are seeking an experienced, highly capable live-in caregiver to join our private senior residence, a peaceful, farm-based community designed to feel like home, not a facility.

This role is best suited for a seasoned professional who is confident managing both the care and daily rhythm of a small home environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for supporting 1–3 residents in a calm, relationship-centered setting. This includes:

Hands-on personal care and daily support
Cooking thoughtful, home-style meals
Maintaining a clean, well-run household
Creating a steady, peaceful daily environment for residents
Supporting higher-acuity needs when present
Compensation

$250–$350 per day (based on resident capacity in the home)
Live-in role with structured time off
What We’re Looking For
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who brings both experience and presence.

Requirements:

10+ years of professional caregiving experience
Background in both assisted living and private home care
Experience with hospice care
Mechanical lift experience (required)
Ability to independently manage a small home environment
Strong cooking, organization, and housekeeping skills
Calm, grounded, and professional demeanor
