I want to be a caregiver because I truly just enjoy helping people and making a difference in someone's life. It is such a rewarding feeling knowing you can be the light in someone's day, and be there for them during some of their hardest moments.
An employer should hire me because I am dependable, patient, and caring. I truly care about the people I work with. I have been a CNA for 3 years, and have never thought to myself, "I just do not enjoy this profession." Communicating is a really strong suit of mine, and I think I do a nice job finding a way to connect with someone. I will bring a positive attitude everyday and will be fully dedicated and committed to providing the best care I can.
