Position Overview:
The Office Intake Specialist & Hiring Manager will serve as a key member of our office team—responsible for overseeing the intake of new clients, managing caregiver recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining high standards of communication and organization within the office.
This dual role requires someone who can multitask effectively, handle sensitive information with professionalism, and represent Friends and Family Home Care with warmth and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Intake & Office Coordination
Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients and referral partners.
Conduct initial client intake assessments and document care needs accurately.
Coordinate with the scheduling team to match clients with appropriate caregivers.
Maintain organized client files and ensure compliance with company and state regulations.
Support day-to-day administrative office functions and client relations.
Hiring & Onboarding
Post job openings and manage recruitment across various platforms.
Screen and interview caregiver applicants.
Oversee the caregiver onboarding process, including background checks, reference verification, and training enrollment.
Maintain caregiver records and ensure ongoing compliance with state licensing and training requirements.
Collaborate with management to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in home care, healthcare office administration, or staffing coordination.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and office software.
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Schedule & Compensation:
Schedule: Full-time and Part-time positions available
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18–$25 per hour (based on experience)
