Countryside Manor in Fremont, OH is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Dietary Aides to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting resident nutrition, meal service, and overall dining experience. Both fulltime and parttime Dietary Aide positions are available.
At Countryside Manor, our Dietary Aides are valued team members who help ensure residents receive quality meals in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. We specialize in individualized longterm care and rehabilitation, and our Dietary Aides are an essential part of that mission.
Assist the cook with meal and snack preparation
Serve food and assist residents during meals as needed
Work in the dish room and complete cleaning duties as assigned
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
Support the dietary team to ensure timely and accurate meal service
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to pass a background check and preemployment drug screening
Reliable, teamoriented, and able to work in a fastpaced environment
Previous Dietary Aide or food service experience is a plus, but not required
