Job Description
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
-Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming etc.
-Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
-Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior
-Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
-Perform light housekeeping
Physical Requirements
-Ability to assist clients safely
-Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks
-Must be able to respond quickly in emergency situations
Safety & Monitoring
-Observe and report changes in client condition
-Maintain a safe and clean environment
-Follow fall prevention and safety protocols
Documentation & Compliance
-Accurately complete daily care notes
-Follow company policies, procedures, and care plans
-Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality standards
-Report incidents, concerns, or changes promptly
Qualifications
-Prior caregiving experience preferred
-Compassionate, dependable, and patient
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
