Male client in assisted living community is ambulatory and requires assistance making bed, standby assistance in shower (mainly encouragement to get into shower), keeping room tidy, and companionship. Once he gets up and dressed, he goes downstairs to the dining room for lunch. Sat and Sun 10a-2p
