We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and dedicated caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes. The caregiver will assist with daily living activities, ensure client safety and comfort and promote independence while maintaining dignity and respect.

Key responsibilities:

• assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming dressing, and toileting
• provide mobility assistance, including transfers, and ambulation support
• prepare meals, and assist with feeding if necessary
• perform light housekeeping, duties, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
• monitoring report changes in clients, physical or mental condition
• provide companionship, and emotional support
• assist with medication reminders
• accompany, clients to appointments or errands if required
• maintain accurate documentation of care provide provided
   
  Qualifications
• previous caregiving or healthcare experienced preferred
• ability to communicate effectively and follow care plans
• compassionate, patient and dependable personality
• ability to handle physical demands of the job, (lifting, standing, etc.)
• valid drivers license or reliable transportation (if applicable)
