About the Role

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a one-on-one home care case in the Kawkawlin area. This is a long-term spinal cord injury case requiring tracheostomy support and daily skilled nursing care.

You will work with one client, not multiple patients, allowing you to provide focused, consistent care.

Pay and Schedule

• $36–$38 per hour based on experience
• Weekly pay
• Consistent day shifts
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN available

Responsibilities

• Provide tracheostomy care and airway support (training available)
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Assist with ADLs and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Support client safety, comfort, and independence

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Trach experience preferred or willingness to learn
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license
