The ideal home care Aide should have a minimum of 6-month -1-year of caregiving experience. Either in private home setting or Facility is accepted. Experience in Showering, Grooming personal care, Med Reminders and Adl's are extremely helpful. Along with Being patient and Compassionate with knowledge to help Residents that are diagnosed with Dementia, Parkinson or Alzheimer's.
