JOB DESCRIPTION

Inkster, MI | $17.13–$18.00/hour
Elite Operational Support Role

ASPGM LLC / ALL Love Home is a licensed adult foster care provider serving adults with mental health and cognitive needs in a structured 24/7 residential behavioral health setting.

The Operations Floater role is designed for high-performing professionals who can support multiple shifts, stabilize staffing gaps, assist with compliance processes, and operate with elevated accountability.

This is not a standard direct care position.

This role requires flexibility, maturity, strong documentation, and the ability to operate effectively in high-responsibility situations.

 
Core Responsibilities
• Provide coverage across multiple shifts as needed
• Stabilize call-off or emergency coverage situations
• Maintain full compliance with AFC procedures
• Support new admissions and room preparation
• Assist with documentation quality review
• Support inventory and operational organization
• Provide resident transportation when needed
• Maintain inspection-ready conditions
• Communicate directly with leadership regarding shift issues

 
Crisis & Gap Coverage Expectations
• Ability to step into unfamiliar shifts confidently
• Maintain structure during staffing transitions
• Prevent service disruption
• Operate independently without supervision presence

Floater staff must be able to protect stability during operational stress.

• Limited personal phone use

Pre-Employment Requirements
• 18+ years old
• Valid Michigan driver’s license
• Pass background check
• Fingerprints submitted
• TB screening
• Health clearance
• CPR / First Aid certification
