Job is a DSP/CNA/HHA type position. Hands on working with mentally and physically disabled individuals. All individuals are total care. Duties include total care of client (feeding, bathing, changes, medication, etc.). Other activities include helping residents complete their goals and documenting progress made. Staffing ratio is between 1 to 3 and 1 to 5 depending on the level of client care required.
Campus style facility, multiple homes on one location, no traveling between locations. All required training is paid for by the facility, including training hours.
Job Benefits:
All shifts are 12 hours, set schedules. No rotating shifts. Any shift schedule over 30 hours qualifies for benefits.

Education and/or Experience
Highschool Diploma or GED and one of the following:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
Two years related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and verifiable experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
