Position: 

We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RN), Physical Therapists (PT), and Occupational Therapists (OT) to serve patients in the South Dallas and Northeast Dallas areas.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, PRN (as needed)

Pay Range:
Starting at $65 - Vary based on region

 
Key Responsibilities:

Providing compassionate, quality care to patients in their homes
Coordinating with interdisciplinary team members
Developing and implementing individualized care plans
Educating patients and families on treatment plans and progress
 
Skills & Qualifications:

Current Texas (RN, PT, or OT) and unencumbered license in field of work
Minimum of 1 year of home health or clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
 
Work Location:
On-site Client Home
