We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate Female Caregiver to assist a lovely Female Patient with onset Dementia who resides in Santa Monica.
Patient is fully ambulatory and very independent but will need you to drive her to doctor appointments, errands, shopping, etc. and also assist in scheduling appointments. You will be assisting her with hygiene and dressing.
Long term assignment. More days and times will eventually be added to the schedule. The position pays $24/hour with mileage reimbursement.
SCHEDULE (to start):
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
9:00AM - 5:00PM
DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
*Companionship
*Meal Preparation
*Medication Reminders
*Driving to doctor appointments, hair appointments, shopping, errands, etc.
*Assisting in setting up appointments for the patient

MUST HAVES:
*At least one (1) year of senior caregiving experience
*Current Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance (which shows you are a covered driver)
*Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
*Current TB Test Results (or proof you have recently taken a test)
*COVID Vaccination Card
*Second Form of ID: (Social Security Card, US Passport, US Birth Certificate, Valid Permanent Resident Card, Valid Employment Authorization Card)
